To strengthen our Technical Services Department, we are looking for an Allround Maintenance Technician.

Your role

You ensure that our advanced production and packaging lines operate smoothly and without disruptions. You work closely together with Team Leaders and Line Operators.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of machines and installations.
  • Correctly performing and documenting technical maintenance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical malfunctions.
  • Inspecting (external) repairs.
  • Contributing ideas for process improvements.
  • Working together with the team to ensure timely calibration and verification of machines

Who you are

You are a strong team player who enjoys tackling technical challenges. You are motivated to help take preventive maintenance to the next level together with your colleagues. You are willing to work in rotating shifts (early and day shifts), and on average you will work one Saturday every three weeks.

You are able to handle a dynamic and sometimes hectic work environment, remain calm under pressure, and know how to set the right priorities.

You are the right candidate for us if you:

  • Have MBO level 3/4 working and thinking level (vocational education).
  • Are an allround electrical and mechanical technician (E+W) with basic knowledge of process technology.
  • Have affinity with a production environment.
  • Experience within the fresh produce (AGF) sector is a strong advantage.
  • Have a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a flexible attitude regarding both working style and working hours.
  • Are a team player with a positive and problem-solving mindset.
